Cancellation Policy

Your business means so much to me. 


In order to schedule an appointment, clients must provide a credit card to be kept securely on file. 


As a courtesy to other guests who may be able to utilize your appointment time, and as a courtesy to your skin care professional, please notify me promptly of any scheduling conflicts. I ask that you make appointment changes no less than 24-hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged a minimum of $25 or 50% of all services (whichever is more) scheduled. 

No-Shows will be charged 100% of service. 


If this happens, please know it is not intended to penalize you — this is part of the agreement you are making with my business to help me protect my ability to serve you and all clients.
